Capture a Friend purchase or conversion

Captures the event of a referred friend completing a purchase or conversion.

This endpoint can be called even if a code does not belong to a friend. If the given code is not a code that was issued due to a referral then the same 204 response will be returned and no action will be taken.

This code does not necessarily need to be a code that was issued as an outcome of a referral activity. See endpoint description at the top.
